Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is provided by RedGlow Recovery (“RedGlow Recovery,” “we,” “us”). Contact: support@redglowrecovery.com.
1. Coverage period
Each new RedGlow Recovery device is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date of the original purchase.
This warranty is separate from our 60-day home trial. During the trial you may return for any reason under that policy. After the trial, coverage is limited to manufacturing defects as described below.
2. What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including for example:
- Device fails to power on
- Material LED failure under normal use
- Failure of heat or vibration functions due to manufacturing defect
- Battery fails to hold a charge due to manufacturing defect (normal capacity decline over time is not covered)
3. What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, drop, crush, liquid/water damage, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear (straps, fabric, scuffs, cosmetic issues)
- Lost or stolen products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Commercial or non-household use
- Failure to follow product instructions
4. Remedy
If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will at our option:
- Replace the product with the same or a substantially equivalent model, or
- Refund the purchase price if replacement is not reasonably available.
We do not offer depot repair as a standard remedy.
5. Shipping for warranty claims
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective unit back to us (or to the address we designate), unless we state otherwise in writing.
- We cover shipping of the replacement unit to a contiguous US address.
6. How to make a claim
- Email support@redglowrecovery.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible.
- We may provide troubleshooting steps first.
- If approved, we will provide return / replacement instructions.
7. Limitation
This warranty is the exclusive express warranty for the products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or refund as stated above. See also the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
8. Wellness disclaimer
Our products are general wellness devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This warranty covers device workmanship — it is not a guarantee of any particular wellness outcome.
