Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RedGlow Recovery website and your purchase of products from RedGlow Recovery (“RedGlow Recovery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products — general wellness only
RedGlow Recovery products are general wellness devices. Statements on our site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Individual results vary. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, have an acute injury, have diabetes or reduced sensation (especially for foot products), have a circulatory condition, or have any other medical concern.
Follow all product instructions. Do not use devices on broken skin, while sleeping, or in water unless the product documentation expressly allows it.
4. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions).
- Promo codes (including GLOW10) are subject to stated rules, may be changed or revoked, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- Displayed “compare at” or prior prices are informational and may reflect our own list prices.
5. Shipping, returns, and warranty
Orders are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy and Warranty Policy. We currently ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States. International orders are not accepted and may be cancelled and refunded.
6. Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided (or when the carrier first attempts delivery, if you are unavailable).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data in bulk, interfere with site operation, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, logos, product names, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit them without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
9. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our products and marketing. You represent that you own or control the rights to what you submit and that it is truthful and not infringing.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDGLOW RECOVERY AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedGlow Recovery and its owner from claims arising out of your misuse of the products or site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
